    Additional guest passes are available for purchase at check-in. Pricing will be confirmed prior to event week. Guest passes provide access to open auditions and showcases. The Awards Banquet requires a separate ticket.

    The following are auditions that everyone attends (There are 6 auditions that all talent can attend)

    FASHION PRINT AUDITION (Everyone)

    3 Photos will be submitted from your photoshoot that you take with us

    RUNWAY AUDITION (Everyone)

    • Wear age appropriate clothes
    • No formal wear or long gowns allowed.
    • You will need appropriate shoes to be worn on the runway. Females: high heels (age appropriate) Males: Dress shoes
    • You will walk the runway, pose at the end, turn around and go back down the runway

    MONOLOGUE AUDITION (You supply your own monologue) Everyone

    You should wear a solid color top or shirt! DO NOT wear black or white. No logos, no patterns or designs, no props, and no jewelry. Hair and makeup MUST be natural. 45 seconds or less.

    Your monologue should be 45 seconds or less. Please have this memorized prior to IPOP. You can write your own or go to your local bookstore and purchase a monologue book. Please bring a copy of your monologue to be rehearsed with our staff acting coaches.

    TV COMMERCIAL (ITA will send you the script, you will need to memorize 1 of the commercials on the sheet) Everyone

    You should wear a solid color top or shirt! DO NOT wear black or white. No logos, no patterns or designs, no props, and no jewelry. Hair and makeup MUST be natural.

    SINGING (Everyone)

    Singers must have one song (Pop, Broadway, or Rock) prepared for audition. (Instrumental only). Song must be no longer than 45 seconds, and preferably the chorus of a song only. Performance skills, vocal abilities, stage presence and commercial appeal are evaluated.

    Song must be submitted to ITA in mp3 format with title of song via email. You should also bring a copy of your song on a flash drive or on your phone

    DANCING (Everyone)

    Dancers must prepare one original dance piece, no longer than 45 seconds. Dancers should be professionally trained in Tap, Jazz or Hip Hop. Dancers should be prepared to perform the 45

    second cut of the song. The music must be submitted to ITA in MP3 file with the title of song via email. You should also bring a copy of your song on a flash drive or on your phone

    FINAL NIGHT FASHION AND TALENT SHOW (optional)

    Showcase auditions will be held the first night. Performers should bring their headshot and/or comp card to each audition they are participating in. (There is one each for acting, modeling, singing, and dancing.) There are two shows – a fashion show and a talent show. Performers may audition for both, but will only be able to appear in one. Those selected will have nightly rehearsals each night from approximately 6p – 9p each evening. Selections will be announced the following morning.

    OPTIONAL EVENTS (All auditions listed below are an additional $100 per audition)

    HEADSHOT

    Headshot submitted by ITA, would be used to interest an agent or casting director. There must be NO text or copyright info on the photo. Judges will review your headshot and judge via our app.

    COMMERCIAL PRINT

    Three photographs are submitted by ITA that might be used advertising a product or in a role advertising a company. Photos should have lots of energy, and. Solid, bright colors are best.. Judges will review your photos and judge via our app.

    TV BEAUTY

    Actors perform a commercial advertising a beauty product. (skincare, hygiene, haircare, etc) Designed for talent who have interests in both acting and modeling, and for both male and female. ITA will email you the script. Wear a solid color top

    RUNWAY SECOND EVENT:

    Divisions 1 & 2 (13 and above):

    Swimwear. One or two piece for girls, and either shorts or a speedo for guys. Must fit properly. Models can wear no shoes, sandals, or low heels.

    Division 3 & 4 (ages 4-12)

    PJ’s. May include an accessory such as a small blanket or stuffed animal. May walk barefoot on runway.

    SELF TAPE

    Performers will submit a 45 second “self-tape.” Material can be comedic or dramatic, and a monologue or dialogue. If dialogue, other person should be off camera. Submissions are made at www.ipopla.com/selftape. Performer should have good lighting and a solid color background.     NETWORKING LUNCHEON (optional )($250 additional)

    The showcase luncheon is held in 2 rooms, one for parents/ performers /guests, and one for the judges. Near the close of lunch, performers will lineup outside judges room and each perform onstage.

    Performers should say their name, ID, age, and where from.

    Performers will then hand out headshots and comp cards if they wish to agents. Performers will have about 15 minutes to walk through the room and approach judges seated at their tables.

    BOOTCAMPS (Everyone)

    All performers may attend the bootcamps held the day before competitions. They are coached by our celebrity coaches – working actors, models, vocal coaches, and dancers. Bootcamps are generally scheduled so that you’re working with other performers in your own age category. (Child, preteen, teen, adult) some Bootcamps overlap, so work with your director to determine what’s best for you. Bootcamps are NOT meant to be individual coaching, they are group workshops to help fine tune your skills, and allow you to meet and connect with other performers. The majority of your training and preparation is done before the event. These are an extra bonus – and great to add to your resume!

    Awards Gala

    Dress to impress. Female should wear an evening gown or cocktail dress. Male should wear a suit.

    Parents and guests may attend designated open auditions and showcases. Some industry callbacks and evaluations are closed to observers.

    Yes — for categories like TV Beauty, TV Scene, and TV Real People, scripts will be emailed prior to the event. Memorize them before arrival.

    You’ll need one only if you’re competing in that category. It should be under 60 seconds and fully memorized.

    Only if you’re competing in print or commercial modeling. You’ll want 4–6 high-quality photos in a matte-finish portfolio book (9"x12").

    • Models: 50 comp cards.
    • Actors: 50 headshots with resumes stapled on back (8"x10").
    • If competing in both: bring both types.
